This one surprised me! I did not think this one would have as much support as it does and the pads are good quality, they don’t make you look frumpy like some of the other tops. I’m 34D, 5’4”, 130 lbs and got a small. The shoulders are super flattering and I like where the band lands on the torso, doesn’t cut in but is thick and supportive. My favorite top so far
