We offer free economy shipping on orders over $99. This shipping method is 7-10 days. If you need your items sooner, we offer multiple options for expedited shipping. The cutoff for same day shipping is 12pm MST. Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Lexington, Kentucky. Shipping fees are not refundable. Upon returning an item to us, the label provided is not free, but is deducted from the refunded amount.
Our warehouse ships quickly and changes to orders cannot be made during business hours. Please make sure to double check your order and verify everything is correct before submitting your order.
Orders are shipped with DHL E-commerce and take about 7-10 business days.
If you have won a giveaway please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed. All prizes sent are exempt from being returned, exchanged or re-sold. We do not permit or send contest prizes to any accounts or persons associated with competitors or reselling.

Return Policy: Please read carefully, as we have recently made changes to our return policy. You have 21 days to initiate a return/exchange on your regular priced order from the day it was shipped.
We offer free exchanges, but do not offer free returns. We do not cover the shipping costs when an item is being returned. We do cover return shipping costs on the first exchange. We keep our prices low and reasonable by not offering free returns.
Reversible items that have the tag removed are not eligible for a return or exchange. We will not issue a refund or store credit. This applies to kids' reversible tops and adult reversible bottoms. Once the tag is removed, the size is no longer available and we cannot resell the item. If we receive a return/exchange for a reversible item without a tag, we will offer to ship it back at your expense.
Items must be in new, unused, and salable condition with hygienic lining in place, if applicable. Deodorant/makeup stains cannot be accepted. We WILL NOT accept dirty items. You will be charged a 25% restocking/cleaning fee for any dirty items returned. We can't resell a dirty item to you, or anyone else.
Incorrectly/defective shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper handling.
Once a refund has been given, please allow 5-7 business days, or up to one full billing cycle for your refund to reflect in your bank statements.
Shipping costs are not refunded, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. They will be taken out of your refund when processed.
Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued or freight being reimbursed.
All sale listed items are Final Sale. Final sale items and BOGO sales are not returnable/exchangeable.
There are no returns or exchanges on already exchanged items.
